Service Description

Image Uploader is a Shopify app that automates the process of uploading product images from direct ZIP uploads to your Shopify store. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.

Permissions

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any images in your ZIP files.
• The app temporarily stores your ZIP file on the server for processing. It is automatically deleted after the sync is complete.

Billing

Paid features are billed through Shopify's billing system. Subscription charges and one-time credit purchases are managed by Shopify. Refunds are handled per Shopify's refund policies.

Limitation of Liability

This app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, upload failures, or service interruptions. Use the app at your own risk.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstallation, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
